Review
This book is a modern retelling of the legend surrounding Saint Dymphna, with the author's imagination filling in missing details.
The author also combines two saints: Saint Damnoda, nicknamed Dymna, of the Orgiel tribe, and Saint Dymphna, known from Geel in Belgium.
It's a 'historical' fantasy novel, albeit one that doesn't take historicity seriously.
So it's just a fantasy book... It was a complete waste of my time and money!
